The staff should be friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. You can also see if their website has a FAQ page. This shows the company anticipates its customers’ needs.
5. They offer a free estimate
You can trust a business that is willing to invest its time in you. That means offering a free in-home appointment to assess your home, your cleaning needs, and provide a quote. Avoid house cleaning companies that do not offer to do this.
