- A list of rooms and area with limited tasks will be created in order to minimize time needed to complete the job.

We will work with you to customize your list of cleaning needs. This will reduce cleaning time needed, and thus the cost. Changing or altering the list after the in-home estimate is provided will incur additional charges.
These options are available for one-time service or recurring appointments. (Recurring appointments for Essential House Cleaning will not have a flat fee, but an hourly rate based on the priority list provided by the client.)
