We know that sometimes house cleaning can be a bit pricey. We always try our best to give the most accurate estimate when a client calls in, but without seeing the home it’s just a rough guess. We encourage all clients to take advantage of the free in-home appointment with our estimator. Meeting with the estimator is optional, but in most cases he or she will also be able to provide more accurate pricing information.
It is occasionally difficult to have an in-home estimate before the client wants the cleaning done. For this reason, we can always schedule without an in-home estimate. Like we said, without seeing the condition of the home, this is a rough guess. If the job takes longer than we estimated over the phone, we will always contact the client for further instruction. What Else Affects House Cleaning Cost?
The cost for the first cleaning and cleanings that are a part of ongoing service will be different. A first cleaning is a deep clean that brings a client’s property up to our standards. Recurring service takes less time because we are simply maintaining that level of cleanliness. Here are a few other considerations:
- We offer our employees competitive compensation/living wages.
- We have employees, not subcontractors. We pay all employment-related taxes, not our clients.
- We used high-quality and environmentally-friendly equipment and products.
- We are licensed, bonded, and insured to ensure we take the liability, not our clients.
- We screen all of our employees using background checks and drug and alcohol tests. Our cleaners are all professional, trustworthy, and hard-working.
We believe our cost matches the quality of service we provide. With that being said, we can work with most budgets. Clients can opt to use a priority list for their home.
